All documentation is provided here in pdf (portable document format) format.  This is readable using Adobe Reader - a free, downloadable program.  To download, right click on a link and select the "save target as" option.  There are also Microsoft Word versions of each application form given below.  If you prefer to word process your application form, please download this version and modify it accordingly.  Once complete, please print the application form and then post it to the school using the address given.  Electronic submissions (ie sending you completed form by email) may be sent to acullen583@rsd.dungannon.ni.sch.uk but must be accompanied by a hard copy (paper version) to arrive in RSD by the specified closing date.
