To celebrate anti bullying week the Safer School Team led a whole school assembly and organised a ‘drop in’ session on Tuesday lunchtime based on this year’s theme of “change starts with us”. Pupils were encouraged to think about what they would do to stop bullying- they wrote their ideas on Post-it notes and displayed them on the pastoral notice board. The Safer School team of pupils also led Year 8 form tutor periods, to teach junior pupils about the effects of bullying and how they can prevent it.
