Congratulations to the RSD pupils who firstly qualified and then competed in Irish Level Swimming over the summer, July 2022.

Irish National Championships (Division 1)
Matthew Moan competed against top Irish swimmers in his age group and swam superbly to achieve 3rd (Bronze Medal) in 100m Freestyle, 4th in 200m Individual Medley and 5th in 50m Freestyle in the whole of Ireland in his age group. An absolutely fabulous achievement.

(Division 2)
Rebecca Graham, Katherine Ryan and Toby McClean competed in the Division 2 section. Rebecca was placed 6th in 100m & 4th in 200m Breaststroke, 9th in 200m Freestyle, 6th in 200m and Gold Medal in 400m in individual medley. Toby narrowly missed a final place in the 200m Breaststroke and 100m Backcrawl, as did Katherine in the 100m Breast and 200m breast.

RSD congratulates them not only on their achievement but also on their extreme dedication to the training required to compete at this level.
