On Sunday, Zak Hall (Year 10) competed in the Northern Ireland and Ulster Indoor Championships. Not only did Zak run a huge Personal Best in the 800 metre race with a time of 2 minutes 26 seconds, but he also won a silver medal as part of his under 15 4 x 200 metre relay race team. The team will now go forward to the All Ireland Championships, representing Armagh AC.
