Our congratulations go to the following RSD table tennis players, who excelled at the Ulster Schools’ Individual Championship in Lisburn just before Easter. We were delighted to have so many of our pupils both competing and being presented with awards for their performance at such a high level.
Our U12 Boys’ Individual Quarter Finalists were Jake Ballantine, Eli McKirgan and Max Patterson (all Year 8). U12 Girls’ Individual Semi Finalists were Miriam Carson, Hannah Herron and Emily Stinson (all Year 8). U12 Girls’ Individual Quarter Finalists were Lois Carson and Erin Mathieson (both Year 8)
Daniel Irwin (Year 12) won the title of U16 Ulster Schools’ Champion and his brother, Tom Irwin (Year 8) won the title of U12 Ulster Schools’ Champion. This was a super effort from all involved and our congratulations go to all competitors for their achievements. Well done!
