Last term Emma-Jane Orr (Year 11) represented RSD in the Inter-Schools Show Jumping League which was held in the Meadows Equestrian Centre. Eight events were held from September to December and Emma-Jane competed at Premier Level, the top level, against 70 of the best show jumpers from post-primary schools in Northern Ireland.
Last month it was announced that Emma-Jane had won the event and was named the Premier Individual Champion. This is a remarkable achievement, especially as she was competing against pupils in Years 12, 13 & 14.
