The new orienteering season has begun with both school events and full Northern Ireland events taking place.

RSD travelled to Florencecourt Forest on a beautiful spring day on the 10th March and came away with the following winners of their respective age groups:
Stephen Black – Year 10
Louise Boyd – Year 9
Tori Hampton – Year 8

Stephen Black (Year 10) has been competing at Northern Ireland events, finishing 5th in the NI score and 3rd in the NI night championships (both at Crawfordsburn Country Park) and recently winning the first of the NI colour series, Light Green, held at Drumnaph Forest.
