• Select School Services
• Select Change Your Password
• Enter your username, existing password and new password, as directed

• If you have tried re-setting you password but this has failed
• Please ask a parent/guardian to complete this form:

Google Classroom resources can be accessed through c2kschools but it is quicker to use www.google.com and login.

If you have a resource that is accessed via c2kschools you can add a shortcut to your “Launch Shortcuts” section to make it quicker to access:

• Visit www.c2kschools.net and enter your c2k username and password.
• Select the “Add” option from the Launch Shortcuts
• Scroll through the list of Apps and select all those you use regularly
  • They will be blue when selected & white when not selected
• Select “Save Changes”

• Visit www.c2kschools.net and enter your c2k username and password.
• Select the Office 365 Option
  • If this option does not appear:
  • Select View all from the Launch Section
  • Select the Office 365 Option from the Communication section
• Select Outlook
• Your email account will be opened

• Visit www.c2kschools.net and enter your c2k username and password.
• Select the My Files Option
  • If this option does not appear:
  • Select View all from the Launch Section
  • Select the My Files Option from the Files and Apps section
• You can download files to work on at home
• You can upload new files into your folders
• NB: You cannot make changes to files using My Files – you must download and upload as required

• Visit www.c2kschools.net and enter your c2k username and password.
• Select the Fronter Option
  • If this option does not appear:
  • Select View all from the Launch Section
  • Select the Fronter Option from the Online Learning section

1. Open your browser (Chrome, Safari or Edge)
2. Access google.com
3. Sign-In to Google (OR select your account from the options available)
   1. Select the Sign In option
   2. Enter your school email address using @c2ken.net e.g. name123@c2ken.net
   3. Select Next
   4. Enter your school email address using @c2ken.net e.g. name123@c2ken.net
   5. Enter your school password
   6. Select the Sign In button
4. Select the waffle (9 little squares)
5. Select Classroom

1. Install the Google Classroom App
2. Install the Google Drive App
   1. This is useful when uploading work or accessing resources
3. Sign-In to both apps
   1. Using @c2ken.net e.g. name123@c2ken.net
   2. Using your school password

Note: you can access Google classroom from your mobile/tablet browser without installing the apps as detailed above.

1. Open Google Chrome (click on the start menu & select Chrome)
2. Click on the blue login button
3. Enter your school email address using @c2ken.net e.g. name123@c2ken.net
4. Click on the option to Verify your account.
5. Select the waffle (9 little squares)
6. Select Classroom

• Visit www.c2kschools.net and enter your c2k username and password.
• Select the Google Classroom Option
  • If this option does not appear:
  • Select View all from the Launch Section
  • Select the Google Classroom Option from the G Suite for Education section
• Select Google Classroom
• You will automatically have access to any classes you have joined

1. Log in to google using the instructions above (based on the device you are using)
2. Select the + icon at the top right
3. Enter the class code given to you by your teacher
