The trip will be the biggest ever taken, 80 Pupils and 8 staff. Dates: 30th March – 5th April 2012.

Mr Canning would like to thank the parents for their support of this valuable and fun experience for the children.

The next instalment of £150 will be due after February Half-Term 2011.

Deposits have been retained, but not cashed, from the remaining pupils who are on the reserve list. Some places may become available, should anyone drop out over the next 17 months.

The trip costs £729 in total. To even out the cost burden the following schedule has been given to those who are going.

Deposit – £150 – October 2010

2nd Instalment – £150 – February 2011

3rd Instalment – £150 – September 2011

Final Balance – £279 – January 2012.

There will be a Parents and Pupils meeting and Kit Hire meeting before Christmas 2011. This will give everyone a chance to find out more about the trip and hire any specialised kit required for the week. A full British (or Irish) Passport is required which must be valid until October 2012.
