The NI Executive have announced that schools in NI will close from Monday 23rd March. There is no defined time period for closure but they indicate this will be a long-term closure, probably through to the summer holidays and possibly beyond. It is essential, therefore, that parents and pupils prepare for an extended period of time out of school and the necessity for ‘distance learning’ via online resources. RSD will operate for the next two days as planned:
- Thursday 19th March – RSD open as usual for all pupils and staff
- Friday 20th March – RSD open for Year 14 only and all staff
- Monday 23rd March – RSD CLOSED
