Well done to our Senior Girls Tag Rugby team who finished as runners up in the Danske Bank Schools Cup competition. The girls finished at the top of their group after beating Victoria College 4 tries to 0. Tries came from Sarah Shrestha (Year 12), Lucy Turkington (Year 13) x 2 and Katie Orr (Year 14). The team then played Ballyclare and won 3 – 2. Tries were from Lucy Turkington, Sarah Shrestha and Ellie Greenaway (Year 12). The final group match was against ERGS Team 2 where the girls won 4-1. Tries again from Sarah Shrestha, Ellie Greenaway, Lucy Turkington and Holly Henderson (Year 12). This meant the team faced ERGS Team 1 in the final but were unlucky to loose out by 3 tries. Our congratulations go to the girls on this great achievement.
