Showjumping Success at Balmoral Show
On Saturday 14th May, our Showjumping team was representing the school at Balmoral Show. The team consisted of Bethany Smith, Erin Mathieson, Emma Jane Orr and Lucy Orr (unfortunately Emma Jane had to withdraw from the competition before Saturday’s event).

Show Jumping Team celebrate win at Balmoral Show
Congratulations to the RSD Show Jumping Team for being placed 3rd in the Schools’ Show Jumping Championship, held at Balmoral Show on Saturday. The team consisted of Erin Mathieson (Year 8), Emma-Jane Orr and Bethany Robinson-Smith (both Year 11) and Tori Showkum (Year 14).

First place for RSD’s Show Jumping team
Congratulations to the RSD Show Jumping team; Erin Mathieson, Emma-Jane Orr and Bethany Robinson-Smith took first place in a recent competition at Lusk Equestrian Centre, as well as a coveted qualifying position for the Schools’ Show Jumping Championship at the Balmoral Show in May.

Emma-Jane named 2019 Premier Individual Champion at Show Jumping League
Emma-Jane Orr was named the Premier Individual Champion of the MEC Interschools Open Individual 1m 10 Show Jumping League, on her pony Jazzy Susie, representing Royal School Dungannon.

1st place for Bethany at 2017 Dengie Championships
Bethany Robinson Smith (Yr 9) and her horse Maximillion recently scooped a 1st place rosette at the prestigious 2017 Dengie Championships, taking place at Addington Manor Equestrian Centre in Buckinghamshire.
