A huge thank you to all of the local businesses who have supported our school sports teams through sponsorship for the 2024/25 school year.

Also, to the RSD Former Pupils Association, who have supported our sports department through their “Sporting Excellence” fundraising campaign.

“The RSD Former Pupils Association launched its “Sporting Excellence” fundraising campaign earlier this year. Our aim is to provide financial assistance to the sporting life of RSD through creating strong links between RSD and the local business community. To date we have secured sponsorship for a number of the school’s rugby and hockey teams.
On the rugby side of sport, we have been generously supported by our key sponsors, Dunbia, Tom Morrow & Co. Ltd. (1st XV) SJ Davidson and Alexander Mills (2nd XV) Mr Sam Simpson (Medallion XV) Eurocoach and Cavanagh Kelly (U14XV).
Our hockey teams have been generously supported by our key sponsors. The 1st XI is supported by Westland, 2nd XI by Integrated Timber Solutions and Tom Morrow & co. Ltd., 3rd XI by Eurocoach and U14 XI by ME Irwin.
Through the support of local business, we have secured new strips for each of these teams and helped contribute towards the revitalisation of sport within the school. Their support has been greatly appreciated by both the association and the school. We hope this is just the beginning of fostering closer ties between the Royal School Dungannon and strong companies that play such an integral role in local society.”
