On Friday 16^th December, three teams of keen quizzers from Year 8 attended St. Patrick’s College for a Year 8 Area Learning Community quiz.

They were competing against teams from St. Patrick’s College, St. Patrick’s Academy and St. Joseph’s Donaghmore.

The RSD teams were as follows:

Team 1:                Connie Dodds, Logan Dougherty, Faith Lappin, Dillon Strain

Team 2:                Kenzie McLoughlin, William Rainey, Andrew Jenkins, Jake Davidson

Team 3:                Andrea Agnew, Isabelle McDonald, Daniel Peters, Seth Proudfoot

In a very competitive quiz, RSD Team 1 finished as runners-up, being pipped at the post by a point by the winning team from St. Patrick’s Academy.
