Well done to Caleb Scott (Year 13) on winning the TE Utley Memorial Prize. The £50 prize is awarded as part of the Northern Ireland Debating Competition by the TE Utley Memorial Fund. Caleb impressed the judges with a persuasive argument against public-body monopolisation of state-funded education. He and his family were invited to the presentation of the award on 24 April in Stormont Parliament Buildings.
