You may have been wondering why there were pictures of stars dotted all over the school recently. Well, this was in fact publicity for a special event hosted by RSD’s Scripture Union.
‘Shine’ was a youth event aimed at members of Scripture Union from any school, and it took place on Friday the 11th November at 7.30 in the Assembly Hall.

Firstly the crowd was treated to a surprisingly professional stand-up comedy routine from Ethan, our very own Dilworth tutor. Following this there was a stunning performance by the Vineyard worship band, led by Andy Young. The speaker was Mr Richard Padrige, who was innovative and inspiring.
All in all it was a good night’s fun, and it also contained a valuable spiritual message.
