This year, for the first time, the Charities Committee decided to take part in ‘bring a pound to work day’, an initiative designed to help raise funds for Childline.  Thanks to everyone’s contributions, we were able to raise £146.36.

In publicising the event, two brave members of the Charities Committee members were given the  chance to represent RSD on Cool FM and Downtown Radio.  Well done to the Charities Committee members for organising the appeal and a big thank you to the pupils and staff who gave generously  to this worthy cause.
