Year 11 started their Key Stage 4 era with an induction day on 31 August. The holiday cobwebs were shaken off as all Year 11 pupils came together with their peers, Form Tutors, Year Head and Head of Key Stage 4.  The activities for this day were focused on developing revision skills, planning and motivation for success, the importance of extra curricular activities and the partnership between the pupil and the school.  The pupils considered all these issues through a series of challenges, both independently and as part of a team and discussion.  Lots of fun was had but it is hoped the important messages of the day and skills acquired will be used throughout Key Stage 4 from the start, ensuring a positive Key Stage 4 experience and outcome.
