On Thursday 3rd & Friday 4th November Year 10 pupils visited the Ulster Museum in Belfast to learn about portraits and other areas of artistic interest.

The programme for the day included a gallery talk on ‘Portraiture’, a practical workshop where pupils made a mosaic portrait, a tour of the museum and a visit to the Ravine and Palm-houses in the Botanic Gardens, where pupils were able to practise their photographic skills.  The day was an enjoyable and activity packed experience.  Click ‘continue reading’ for a gallery of photos!
